You can pay in full online, or make an advance payment where required. Any remaining balance is payable to the driver in cash unless otherwise agreed. Transfers above €100 and Beauvais transfers may require a €10 advance payment.

A night surcharge of up to 10% may apply from 10 PM to 6 AM and will be confirmed with your reservation. An advance payment is part of your fare, not the full fare. Read payment, waiting and cancellation terms

Will we share the vehicle with anyone else?

No. Your shuttle is private and reserved only for your group.

Are child seats and luggage included?

Yes. Baby seats, booster seats and baggage are free of charge. Please include children’s ages and your luggage needs so we can arrange your transfer appropriately.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

We wait up to two hours at no extra cost for delayed flights. Longer delays are subject to driver availability. Contact us if your arrival details change.

Can we book an early or late transfer?

Transfers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A night surcharge of up to 10% may apply between 10 PM and 6 AM and will be confirmed with your reservation.

Can I request the Mercedes with the star roof?

Yes, please mention your request when booking or contact us. We will confirm vehicle availability for your journey.

How far in advance should I book?

Book online at least 24 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, telephone the team to confirm availability. See our current booking terms.

When should we leave Disneyland for the airport?

Normally allow around three hours before your flight departure. For Beauvais, the current terms recommend around four hours. Check your confirmed pickup time with our team.

Can eleven passengers travel in one van?

Eleven passengers normally require two vehicles. Tell us your full passenger and luggage requirements so we can arrange the right vehicles.

I booked only to check a price. What should I do?

Contact the team with your reservation reference to request cancellation. Please do not assume the reservation has been cancelled automatically. The current cancellation terms apply.

Is this an official Disneyland Paris service?

No. Disneyland-ParisShuttle is an independent private transfer service operated by Private Cab Transfert.
